Who we are

What we collect

• Lead form submissions — name, email, phone, property address, timeline, and any notes you provide voluntarily.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, request times. Used for security and debugging only; not used for advertising.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics tools that profile visitors.

How we use your information

• To research and prepare the personalized home evaluation (CMA) you requested.
• To deliver the completed CMA to your email.
• To follow up if you have questions about the evaluation.
• For nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

MLS® / TRREB data

Comparable property data used to prepare your CMA is sourced under licensed IDX and VOW agreements with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and PropTx. This data is used only to prepare the analysis you requested and is delivered privately to you. It is not redistributed, shared, or publicly displayed.

Retention

Lead submissions are retained while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period. You may request deletion at any time by emailing puneetpruthi11@gmail.com.

Your rights under PIPEDA

As a Canadian resident you have the right under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Significant changes will be communicated to existing leads by email.
